“ In 2010 Fiber Fresh Feeds engaged Robert Henry to design an upgrade to our existing feed presses to move them from an off machine Hydraulic system to an on machine electrical/hydraulic hybrid design.
Robert’s design has significantly increased Power efficiency and throughput when compared to our original press design. We have seen a speed increase of around 50% which is in fact now limited by infeed rates. The power requirements have dropped significantly as we are no longer pumping 3000l of oil a minute to supply the presses.
